Medical Sources for Gender Affirming Hormone

Upon completion of a Gender Assessment,   Dr. Patti will provide a "Letter In Support" of Gender Affirming Hormones. This is not a referral for hormones. Rather, this is a letter stating that Dr. Patti has established the diagnosis of Gender Dysphoria and finds that a person is able to provide informed consent for hormones.
